Cailey is a marketing professional, published researcher, former non-profit leader, and aspiring professor with roots in North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Missouri, and (by choice) Florida. She has a masters from the University of Tampa and a bachelors in Psychology and Business from Shippensburg University, and completed the certificate on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace from University of South Florida. In another life, probably a philosopher or sports journalist.


She is also….
a cat mom that gets excited about breakfast, gift cards and the little things like making coffee every morning or smiling at strangers. Most likely to dance, crack a joke, and wear a pantsuit & graphic tee to the roundtable (or the hypothetical club). Not one for formalities, but one for principle.
